Initial Consultation:
The initial one hour consultation consists of a meeting
between a Elegant Events by Design bridal consultant, the
wedding couple and any others who may be assisting them in
making wedding decisions. At this meeting we will discuss the
type of services available, offer budgeting guidance, answer
your questions and get an idea of the type of wedding you are
planning.
(We will provide you with planning worksheets and a listing
of our preferred vendors. Even if you don’t plan to purchase
a full service coordination package, this is an excellent
chance to share ideas with a professional wedding planner.
This fee does not apply if you contract with Elegant Events
by Design for any other services listed in this menu, except
for hourly consulting.)
Your Fantasy Package
For the Bride and Groom who have planned their own
wedding, but who wish to enjoy the festivities without being
bothered with bothersome and mundane details on their
Wedding Day.
Complete Wedding Day Coordination:
We will coordinate the all details of your wedding day. Service
includes up to 10 hours, including rehearsal, ceremony and
reception, and includes an initial consultation and a session
to review vendor contracts and your timetable.
Your Destiny Package
For the Bride and Groom (and the Bride's Family!) who are
busy professionals, planning a long-distance or large
wedding, or who simply want the dream wedding they
deserve without the exhausting and time-consuming
planning, coordinating and pre/post-wedding errands.
Full Service Coordination:
We coordinate all the details of your wedding, starting 4
months before the wedding. Includes initial consultation, one
8 hour shopping day, 30 hours of consultation to be used any
way you wish, and 10 hours of Wedding Day service.
(You may add any a la carte services you wish to this
package.)
A La Carte Coordinating and Planning Services
(These services may be combined to meet your needs.)
Budget Session:
We will help you make a wedding budget and show you how
to get the most for your money by referring you to qualified
professionals in your area and showing you how to work with
them to achieve the wedding you want, and still keep within
your budget.
Ceremony or Reception Venue Search:
We research the ceremony or reception sites in your area to
identify the venue that best matches your style, specifications
and budget. We also will retain the location and handle
communication with them.
Rehearsal/Ceremony Only Coordination:
We supervise the rehearsal and manage the ceremony only.
Includes minimal ceremony site decoration, coordination of
the photo session and clearing out of the ceremony site,
collecting and packing your personal items, rental items and
decorations.
Reception Set-up/Decoration:
We see that your reception site and tables are set up
according to your plan and that the facilities are clean and
ready. We place favors, place cards, gift and guest book
tables and accessories, set up and decorate cake table, place
floral arrangements, assemble and place small rental
items, etc.
Reception Only Coordination:
We manage the reception only. We set up and decorate your
reception site according to your plan, announce the wedding
party, coordinate of reception events, assist photographers,
make sure to adhere to your timetable, as time permits. We
place gifts and accessories into appropriate vehicle at the end
of the reception. This is a 4 hour service.
(Additional hours will be charged.)
Hourly Consultation:
These consultations come after the initial consultation
detailed above. Occasionally, couples may need some help
getting started, or a chance to ask questions and receive
advice during the wedding planning. We will help you
organize your planning and answer any questions you might
have regarding planning, organizing, negotiating, and
etiquette. You might even spend your hour having us visit
vendors with you.
Event Services Fee:
This fee is for all non-wedding services. Such as:
- Birthdays
- Corporate Events
- Meetings
- ETC...
